Dry Land Training!
Hi All!
I am happy to FINALLY pass along the Boston Rockets Intro to Strength and Conditioning.
I have copied Lorenzo on here as he had been in discussions with Bob with regards to reserving time at Ristuccia. We are looking at Saturdays and Sundays in 3-hour time slots from 8-11 am. To make these more flexible on players/ families, signups will be "first come, first serve" and the sessions will be in 1-hour increments for each session. Strength/Conditioning/Mobility work will be mandatory training for players at least once a week.
Gear that is required for athletes: comfortable workout clothes (keep in mind we MAY go outside so bring a sweatshirt!); Appropriate sneakers: running sneakers will be best. Water!
